This weekend workshop is designed to empower Heal Your Life teachers and workshop leaders with a basic understanding and practical application of Internal Family Systems (IFS). Broaden the Heal Your Life framework to deepen the mind-body-emotion connection, expand relationship with inner dynamics, explore collaborations with nature, creative reflection, experiential learning, and many peaceful pauses. Together, we will embody the endless well of Self-energy.
Event led by seasoned and certified IFS Practitioner (Level 3 and PA), and Heal Your Life Teacher and Life Coach ,Michéle Quesenberry, MS Exp Ed.
